This team helps turn the bus office into a welcoming and organized hub. They track attendance, manage records, and ensure every student and child is properly checked in and cared for. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy creating structure behind the scenes, this role plays a critical part in the ministry’s success.

The Promotion Crew helps generate excitement for monthly events and special services. This team spreads the word, encourages participation, and helps create momentum leading up to big moments. If you’re enthusiastic, creative, and love getting others excited about what’s happening, this team is for you.

Brew and serve coffee, then engage and welcome guests in a more intentional way as they get their coffee.

Welcome each guest as they arrive, initiating conversation to get to know our guest, be knowledgeable about various ministries and events happening to answer any questions guest may have, personally escorting guest to locations they are looking for, introducing them to someone who can continue the personal connection to help this large church feel small.

Help make crafts, build sets, and decorate the building for events throughout the year.

If you are proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop - use your skillset to create exciting slides, handouts, and signage for events happening at Mountain City!

Photography plays an important role at our church ensuring that what we put on social media, on brochures, and on our website is authentic!

The Prayer Team comes alongside individuals during the invitation time, offering prayer, encouragement, and guidance. When people respond and come forward, this team is ready to minister, support, and help meet their spiritual needs in whatever way is needed.

Assist with running sound, slides, and media during services to help create an engaging, distraction-free environment where the congregation can focus on worship and teaching.

Our social media team captures life inside the church so that those outside the church know Mountain City is a place they can belong. 

Help kids who need accommodations to be able to participate and learn well.

Infant to 4 yr olds

Aids in each song with singing a melody or harmony based on what the vocal director has specified while helping lead the congregation in worship with your engaging expression.

The Check-In Team sets the tone for the entire night. You are the first face students see when they walk through the doors, and you help create a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for both returning and new students. You’ll work alongside a team to ensure check-in runs smoothly while making every student feel seen and valued. If you’re friendly, approachable, and comfortable with a bit of technology, this is a great place for you to serve.

A consistent, positive presence who builds relationships with students through fun, conversation, and everyday moments. By learning students’ names, stories, and interests, they help students feel seen and valued while modeling Christlike character. This role isn’t just about hanging out, it’s about creating a place where students belong, connect, and take next steps with Jesus. 

This team helps bring the vision of MTN City Youth to life. As an Events Team Member, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing our Sunday and Wednesday services, as well as special events throughout the year. From organizing details to helping direct the flow of a service, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and intentionally. If you love planning, organizing, and seeing ideas turn into impactful experiences, this team is for you.

The Set-Up Team helps transform the space into an environment where students feel excited to gather and ready to engage. This team arrives before Sunday for services to prepare the room and create an inviting atmosphere. You’ll work closely with the Pastor to help shape the feel of the space and ensure everything is ready before students arrive. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of what makes the environment impactful, this team is for you.

Our Small Group team members pour their life into a group of students to help students follow Jesus and grow in their faith. The small group team member leads group discussion, is comfortable teaching their small group, and is intentional with students outside of specific ministry nights.
